Looking to personalize accent pillows to coordinate with your wedding or party décor? Rust-Oleum Outdoor Fabric Paint has you covered!

  1. Start with clean and dry pillows. If needed, clean pillows with soap and water, rinse thoroughly and let fully dry.
  2. In a well-ventilated area, vigorously shake your can of Outdoor Fabric Paint (we used Olive and Medium Gray) for one minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle.
  3. Hold the can upright 6-8” from the surface and spray the outside edge of your pillow. To cover the middle, spray your surface in a steady, back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke. Apply light coats as needed to achieve desired coverage, waiting 30 minutes between additional coats. Too many coats or a heavier application could result in a stiffer-feeling fabric.

Tip: Outdoor Fabric Paint is only intended for use on fabrics made for outdoor use, like patio cushions and pillows.
