DIYer Love & Renovations put Rust-Oleum Stops Rust primer and spray paint products to the test when she transformed an old, rusty bar cart. First, she used a sanding block to remove loose rust and cleaned it with soap and water. Next, she applied Rusty Metal Primer followed by a couple of coats spray paint in the cheerful Tuscan Sun color to give this cart a brand new look.
