  • Tools & Supplies:

  1. Sand the tabletop and remove dust from surface using the tack cloth.
  2. Spread out the old sheet or drop cloth and place the wood on it.
  3. Spray-paint with first color choice, using sweeping motions. Allow to dry.
  4. Apply painter’s tape. Leave four exposed wedge shapes.  
  5. Spray-paint with second color choice, using sweeping motions. Allow to dry.
  6. Remove painter’s tape. Cover one strip on inside of first-color wedges and cover all second-color paint with painter’s tape.  
  7. Spray-paint with third color choice, using sweeping motions. Allow to dry.  
  8. Apply polyurethane. Sand. Remove dust. Repeat.
  9. Drill hole in the center of the tabletop and insert end of rope. Tie a knot on the bottom.  
  10. Hang on a sturdy branch. 
  11. Enjoy!
