Is your patio lacking privacy? Elevate your outdoor space with a painted outdoor privacy screen.
- Begin by applying a coat of paint primer to your privacy screen. Set up in a well-ventilated area and cover your work space with a drop cloth or Kraft paper. Shake the can of Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer vigorously for one minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle. Hold the primer spray can upright 18-24" from the surface and keep the can in motion as you spray, using even strokes. Slightly overlap each stroke for the best coverage.
- Following the directions on the can, apply Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Turbo Gloss Protective Enamel and let the spray paint dry for 2-4 hours before handling and 24 hours before full use.
- For additional protection, topcoat with Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Turbo Clear Enamel within 1 hour or after 48 hours after applying the spray paint.
