    • Drop Cloth or Plastic Sheeting
    • Sponge or Small Scrub Brush
    • Sandpaper: 50 or 60 Grit
    • Paintbrush
    • Short Nap Stain Pad

  1. Spread out either a drop cloth or plastic and place the coffee table on it.
  2. Clean the surface using a sponge or small scrub bush and RESTORE DECK & CONCRETE CLEANER.
  3. Sand the surface using 50 or 60 grit sandpaper to open the grain of the wood so the stain can properly adhere to the surface.
  4. Thoroughly stir RESTORE 2X ONE COAT SOLID STAIN and RESTORE SEMI-TRANSPARENT STAIN material before and during the project.
  5. Begin by painting the vertical surfaces with RESTORE 2X ONE COAT SOLID STAIN using a paint brush.Only one coat is needed.
  6. Apply RESTORE SEMI-TRANSPARENT STAIN to the horizontal surfaces using a short nap stain pad or a paint brush.Only one coat is needed, but you can apply additional coats to get the desired look.Wait 4-6 hours between coats.
  7. Allow the coffee table to dry 24 hours before use.
  8. Place on your deck, patio, or porch and enjoy!
