Bring some tropical flair to your metal patio furniture with Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Spray Paint. You'll get a long-lasting, durable paint finish that resists rust.
- Use a wire brush to remove any loose paint from your metal patio furniture. Make sure the metal is thoroughly clean and dry before painting.
- Apply Rust-Oleum Universal Bonding Primer to the metal furniture using slow, even strokes. Slightly overlap each stroke for the best coverage. Let the paint primer dry for 30 minutes.
- Apply Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Protective Enamel Spray Paint (we used Island Coral), following the directions on the can. Let the spray paint dry for 2-4 hours before handling and 24 hours before full use.
TIP: For even more protection, topcoat the painted surfaces with Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Protective Enamel in Crystal Clear.
