  1. Remove any loose paint from surfaces with sandpaper.
  2. Clean surfaces with soap and water and allow to fully dry.
  3. Apply Rust-Oleum® Painter's® Touch Ultra Cover 2X Primer Spray and allow to fully dry. As always, please follow manufacturer’s recommendations on application and dry times.
  4. Next, apply 2 light coats of Rust-Oleum® Painter's® Touch Ultra Cover 2X Gloss Spray in your color choice to desired surfaces.
  5. If a second coat is necessary, recoat within 1 hour or after 24 hours.
  6. Store extra items in this fashionable locker system to keep the clutter off of the floor!
