Make your Halloween décor visible at night with glow in the dark skeletons or add dimension with a metallic finish. See how just a couple coats of spray paint made these skeleton bones and dog look extra creepy.
- Make sure your Halloween props are clean and dry.
 - Tape off any areas of your props that you don’t want to paint.
 - Working over a drop cloth, apply Rust-Oleum Metallic Spray Paint to the dog bones, following the directions on the can.
TIP: If props are not already white, it’s a good idea to apply white Universal Bonding Primer before painting.
 - Let paint dry for at least 1 hour.
 - While dog is drying, apply Rust-Oleum Glow in the Dark Spray Paint to the human skeleton bones, following the instructions on the can.
TIP: Apply multiple light coats of Glow in the Dark Spray Paint rather than one heavy coat.
 - Let dry for at least 1 hour.
TIP: Apply a light coat of Glow in the Dark Spray Paint over Metallic Spray Paint for an added effect.
 - Remove painter’s tape and place props in your yard.
TIP: To achieve a glow, allow project to dry 24 hours and let charge in the light for several hours before it becomes dark.
