Hosting friendsgiving just got a little more fun! Create place card holders featuring the best photos of you and your friends. These were created by Erin at www.francoisetmoi.com.
- Cut the 1"x1" wood to the length needed to hold your photos and cut a slit into each block for a place to hold the photos.
- Lightly sand the blocks until the surface is smooth. Wipe away any sanding residue with a tack cloth.
- Using painter's tape, mark off areas on the block to create unique designs.
- Apply Rust-Oleum 2X Ultra Cover spray paint in several light coats, following the directions on the can.
- Remove the painter's tape and let the paint dry for 1 hour.
- To paint the opposite side of the wood block, apply painter's tape to the painted side and apply spray paint.
- Remove the painter's tape again and let the paint dry for 1 hour before handling.
- Place a photo into each place card holder and add to place settings around your table.
