Spray paint adds the perfect touch when decorating a mantle for Christmas. From decorative trees to a wreath and even the star on your tree, Rust-Oleum Universal Metallic Dark Cherry Spray Paint delivers a festive finish to your holiday display.

PREP: Cover surrounding areas with a drop cloth. Shake your can of Rust-Oleum Universal Metallic Spray Paint Rust-Oleum Universal Metallic Spray Paint vigorously for one minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle.

APPLY: Hold the can upright, 8-12” from surface, and spray in a steady, back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke. Keep the can in motion and the same distance from the surface while spraying. Apply two or more light coats a few minutes apart.

DRY: The spray paint dries to the touch in 30 minutes, to handle in 1 hour, and fully in 24 hours. Recoat within 1 hour or after 48 hours.
