This simple DIY to remove rust takes only 30 minutes. Your hedge shears or other garden tools will get new life after the rust is gone. Rust Dissolver penetrates fast to remove rust and helps prevent future rust from occurring.

Step 1: Over a drop cloth, carefully fill a plastic tub with Rust Dissolver to cover the metal parts of hedge shears. 



Step 2: Set the hedge shears into the bath in the open position so all rust is exposed. 



Step 3: Allow the hedge shears to sit in the bath for approximately 30 minutes. 

Step 4: Use a clean cloth to wipe the Rust Dissolver off of the hedge shears. 



Step 5: Pour the used Rust Dissolver back into its container. Rust Dissolver can be reused over and over again. 

TIP: Dispose of material in accordance to local, state, and federal regulations and ordinances. Do not allow to entry waterways, wastewater, soil, storm drains or sewer systems.
