Mod Podge, Matte Finish
- Clean shelf thoroughly. If it's wet or damp, let dry.
- Apply one coat of Rust-Oleum® Painter's Touch® Ultra Cover 2X Spray Primer. Let project dry.
- Apply two coats of Rust-Oleum® Painter's Touch® Ultra Cover 2X Satin Spray in Heirloom White or any other color of your choice. Dry between each.
- Apply one coat of WATCO® Lacquer Clear Wood Finish Spray and let dry.
- Decide on your desired flowers design; apply Mod Podge on shelf in area you want the flowers and carefully place them on it; gently apply Mod Podge over flowers.
- Dry and hang.
