    • Battery-Operated Candle
    • Flowers or Succulents
    • Potting Soil

  1. Tape off a stripe using painter's tape. Burnish edges of tape with thumbnail. 
  2. Apply light, even coats of spray paint. 
  3. Remove tape while paint is still wet. Let dry. 
  4. Fill planter with potting soil.
  5. Place hurricane vase/candle holder/lantern in the center of the planter, on top of potting soil. Place candle inside.
  6. Plant flowers or succulents along the edges.
  7. Display indoors or outdoors and enjoy!
