Memorial Day Flag Mason Jars

Find a well ventilated spot to work in and cover nearby items with drop cloths to protect them from spray mist.
For the first two vases, apply Universal Gloss Crimson Red to the entire vase. Hold can 10-16” from the surface and spray in a steady back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke.
Apply 2 or more light coats a few minutes apart. For best results, apply multiple light coats versus one heavy coat. Allow to dry for 1-2 hours.
Once dry, use painter’s tape and mask off the top, middle and bottom sections of two vases to create stripes. Repeat steps using Universal Gloss White.
For the third vase, apply Universal Gloss Cobalt Blue to the entire vase. Hold the spray can 10-16” from the surface and spray in a steady back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke. Allow to dry for 1-2 hours.
Once dry, use the star stencil and fill in with white enamel paint or paint pen.Allow to dry for 1-2 hours.
Your President's Day masterpiece will be fully dry and ready to show off in 24 hours.
