An old dresser can be transformed into a beautiful entryway table with Rust-Oleum Ultra Cover Multi-Purpose Satin Brush-On Paint and Universal Metallic in Gold. Create a DIY masterpiece for your home.
- Remove any existing hardware and sand the dresser to remove loose paint and even the surface. Wipe off any sanding residue with a lint-free cloth.
- Apply Stone Gray paint to the dresser with a synthetic paint brush or small paint roller. Paint all surfaces for full coverage.
- Allow paint to dry for 2-4 hours.
- While paint is drying, set the decorative overlay on a drop cloth and spray paint with Universal Metallic Spray Paint in Gold. Let it dry for about 1 hour.
- Apply decorative overlay with Testors Cement and let dry according to package directions.
- Add new hardware.
TIP: Use of Painter’s Touch Ultra Cover Multi-Purpose Primer provides a sound base for topcoat adhesion.
