- Masking Tape

Glowing vase sprayed with glow in the dark paint

Vase sprayed with frosted glass and glow in the dark spray

Clean the glass vase thoroughly.
Using masking tape mask the vase creating a design or a pattern.
Spray 3 to 4 light coats of paint holding the can 10 to 12 inches away. The glass should look frosty.
Let paint dry and you're done!
