  4. Spray the entire surface with Rust-Oleum® Stops Rust® Clean Metal Primer Spray (optional step).
  5. Allow the can to dry for two hours.
  6. Apply two coats of Rust-Oleum® Stops Rust® Gloss White, covering the entire surface in a steady back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke.
  7. Let the surface dry for 24 hours.
  8. On the front center of the can, two inches from the top rim, use a black permanent marker or foam paint pen to draw on a ghostly face.
  9. Attach a 4x4 piece of thin gauze by draping the gauze over the top of the can.
  10. Affix a pipe cleaner or piece of yarn (black, silver or white) through the tab on the can to hang your ghoulish ghost.
  11. Hang anywhere in your home or on your porch for the upcoming Halloween season!
