- Wipe vases clean of any debris and apply one coat of the Rust-Oleum® Painter's® Touch Ultra Cover 2X Primer Spray. As always, follow the manufacturer's recommendations on preparation, application, drying time and clean up.
- Next, apply one coat of the Rust-Oleum® Painter's® Touch Ultra Cover 2X Satin Spray color of your choice. Apply a second coat, if necessary, within 1 hour or after 24 hours.
- Once dry, fill your vases with flowers or simply use them as accent pieces in any room of your home.
