  1. Pick up a simple watering can at your local home and garden center.
  2. Set up a few drop cloths in the backyard or garage and get ready to put your creative flair into high gear!
  3. Clean watering can with soap and water. Rinse and let dry and get ready for the really fun part!
  4. Apply the Rust-Oleum® Specialty Metallic Spray in the Copper color (or your color choice) to entire surface of planter. Follow directions and dry times indicated on can. Reapply until you achieve a finish that makes you smile.
  5. When dry, fill the planter with a bouquet of your favorite flowers and sit back and enjoy your frugal creative imagination.
