  1. Wipe plant pots clean of any debris and apply one coat of the Rust-Oleum® Painter's® Touch Ultra Cover 2X Primer Spray. As always, follow the manufacturer's recommendations on preparation, application, drying time and clean up.
  2. Next, apply a Rust-Oleum® Painter's® Touch Ultra Cover 2X Satin Spray color of your choice. Apply a second coat, if necessary, within 1 hour or after 24 hours.
  3. Once dry, fill your pots with colorful summer flowers and display on your patio or throughout your yard.
