Painting glass jars or vases is an easy way to add hints of color to any room. Using painter's tape, you can create specific shapes on your glass items to give it a unique touch. Silver Lilac is a calm and tranquil color that works well in bedrooms or living rooms.

Before starting, always work in a well-ventilated area and cover the floor with a drop cloth to protect it from overspray.

Tape off any areas of the jars you don't want to paint.

Shake the spray paint for one minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle. Then, hold the can 10-16” away and spray in a steady back-and-forth motion. Apply 2-3 light coats a few minutes apart.

Let everything dry for 1 hour to the touch and completely for 24 hours.

TIP: Use of a topcoat provides added protection and longer-lasting color. We recommend 2X Ultra Cover® Clear Topcoat.
