Wooden dreidels painted in blue and silver are an easy way to put a creative touch on your Hanukkah décor. Display them on your fireplace mantel or assemble a festive centerpiece.

  1. Working in a well-ventilated space, shake your can of spray paint for one minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle. We used Rust-Oleum 2X UItra Cover Spray Paint in Satin Ink Blue, Gloss Brillant Blue and Satin Oasis Blue, and Rust-Oleum Universal Metallic Spray Paint in Titanium Silver. Hold the can 10-16” from the surface of the dreidels and spray in a steady, back-and forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke. Apply light coats a few minutes apart.
  2. Allow the dreidels to fully dry. Add Hebrew letters with decals or a Testors Craft Enamel Paint Pen to the four sides.
  3. Display your painted wooden dreidels alongside other Hannukah décor.
