Bottle brush trees are an easy way to spruce up your holiday décor. Use spray paint to give a personal touch to your bottle brush tree display.

PREPARE: Always work in a well-ventilated area and use a drop cloth to protect from overspray. Remove any dirt or dust by rinsing your trees with soap and water. Let them completely dry before painting.

PAINT: Shake your can of
Rust-Oleum® Universal® Matte spray paint in French Cream for one minute after the mixing ball starts to rattle. Hold the can 8-12” away from your trees and spray in a steady, sweeping motion. Apply two or more light coats, allowing a few minutes in between each coat. There's no need to use a primer when using Universal spray paint, which is paint and primer in one.

FINISH: Let the spray painted trees dry completely for 24 hours.

TIP: Make sure you remove the red safety clip before spraying and shake the can often while painting.
