Color has the power to define a piece of furniture. Take this small dresser for example. By spray painting it this popping shade of coral, we took it from standard piece of bedroom furniture to chic living room accent table. A transformation like this one is surprisingly simple, and with Ultra Cover 2x Gloss Spray's 30+ vibrant colors, you'll have complete control over the statement your new accent piece makes.
- PREPARE: Always work in a well ventilated area and cover surrounding areas with a drop cloth to protect from overspray. Lightly sand the entire dresser, and wipe away all dust with a tack cloth. Remove the hardware and drawers from the dresser for best results.
- PAINT: Shake your can of Ultra Cover 2x Gloss spray paint for 1 minute after the ball begins to rattle. Hold the can 10-16” from the surface of the dresser and spray in a steady back and forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke. For best results, apply 2 or more light coats a few minutes apart.
- FINISH: Let the dresser and drawers dry for 24 hours. Once everything is completely dry, replace the hardware and add the drawers back to the dresser.
Finish off your accent table with a textured lamp, artwork, or other eye-catching decorations. Place in your living room and enjoy.
