Rust-Oleum® Clean & Etch is an etching solution used to clean and degrease bare concrete surfaces to improve penetration and adhesion of coatings, paints, stains and sealants.

After use, rinse thoroughly (3 times) to ensure no etch remains on the surface prior to coating
