Our Program
Rust-Oleum Cares is led by champions who facilitate the program at our offices, manufacturing facilities and distribution centers throughout the world. Through volunteer opportunities, sponsorships, monetary and in-kind donations, our champions partner with local charities to change, restore and transform communities in which we work and live.
Making a difference is part of our culture and all of our associates have a voice in who we help. Our desire to help others demonstrates the passion and beliefs of our associates. Our program is able to thrive and grow as a direct result of the support from our senior leadership team as well as the passion of each and every associate.
